If your item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
Personalized items such as, but not limited to, first name prints, heraldry, embroidered products and custom orders cannot be returned. Personalized items can be exchanged only if damaged or defective. NO REFUNDS.
You may return all non-personalized/custom items purchased from Peter Townsend's Irish Collection within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
