All Accounts:
- Resale tax I.D. required
- Opening orders must be paid for before shipping
- Current credit application is needed to establish open terms on subsequent orders
- We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, money order or business check
- A finance charge of 1% per month will be assessed on unpaid balances beyond established terms
- All products remain the property of Peter Townsend’s Irish Collection until paid in full

Placing Orders:

Guidelines for Easy Ordering:
- Include purchase order number, if needed, with buyer’s name (use Order Comments)
- Request ship date, if necessary (use Order Comments)
Delivery:
- Items are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks
- All domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground, unless otherwise specified
- All overseas orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail, unless otherwise specified
- Any additional costs (i.e. duty) incurred will be billed to the receiver
Credits or Returns:
- Damages, defects or omissions must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods.
- Products cannot be returned unless damage or error is found
- A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to all orders returned without authorization or reported after the 14 days.
- Re: Damaged cartons- file claim directly to carrier
- Please notify us if this problem occurs
