Returns Policy

If your item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.

Personalized items such as, but not limited to, first name prints, heraldry, embroidered products and custom orders cannot be returned. Personalized items can be exchanged only if damaged or defective. NO REFUNDS.

You may return all non-personalized/custom items purchased from Peter Townsend's Irish Collection within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.

When returning any part of your order, please print and complete this form and enclose with your shipment. Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. When proof of purchase is not available, we refund the most recent price charged for the item in the form of a Gift Certificate. Send package to:

Please insure your return for the full value and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts. A traceable method of shipping must be used. Any taxes you paid will be refunded. We do not refund shipping or handling fees unless the return is a result of an error we made or if the item was damaged or defective. WE WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS THAT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL ORDERS SHIPPING CHARGES: DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE. YOUR PACKAGING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE.
