If your item is damaged or defective, please call us immediately for instructions. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect.
Personalized items such as, but not limited to, first name prints, heraldry, embroidered products and custom orders cannot be returned. Personalized items can be exchanged only if damaged or defective. NO REFUNDS.
When returning any part of your order, please print and complete this form and enclose with your shipment. Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in transit.
