Thanks for choosing Peter Townsend’s Irish Collection. Below are listed a few guidelines to assist us to better serve you and answer any questions.

All Accounts:

  • Resale tax I.D. required
  • Opening orders must be paid for before shipping
  • Current credit application is needed to establish open terms on subsequent orders
  • We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, money order or business check
  • A finance charge of 1% per month will be assessed on unpaid balances beyond established terms
  • All products remain the property of Peter Townsend’s Irish Collection until paid in full

Placing Orders:

Guidelines for Easy Ordering:

  • Include purchase order number, if needed, with buyer’s name (use Order Comments)
  • Request ship date, if necessary (use Order Comments)

Delivery:

  • Items are normally shipped within 2-4 weeks
  • All domestic orders are shipped via FEDEX Ground, unless otherwise specified
  • All overseas orders are shipped via USPS Air Mail, unless otherwise specified
  • Any additional costs (i.e. duty) incurred will be billed to the receiver

Credits or Returns:

  • Damages, defects or omissions must be reported within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • Products cannot be returned unless damage or error is found
  • A 20% re-stocking fee will be charged to all orders returned without authorization or reported after the 14 days.
  • Re: Damaged cartons- file claim directly to carrier
  • Please notify us if this problem occurs
